A music and movement centered storytime specifically intended for kids between the ages of 1-3 and a caregiver. The storytime would include 1-2 simple books as well as songs, dances and fingerplays that are easy for parents to take home with them.
This monthly program brings together readers and makers. Each month, we’ll talk about the book and work on a STEM activity or craft project connected to the book. All selections are available to check-out or request through the Monarch Library System. Any materials needed for the planned activities will be provided. Open to those in 5th-8th grade and registration is required and available by clicking the link or calling the library. Ask a librarian if you have any further questions!

Golfers of all ages are challenged to complete a 9-hole Mini-Golf Course set-up throughout the library! Early registration is not available. Tee times assigned upon arrival, and there may be wait times based on demand. Groups of 2-6 will start every 5-10 minutes. Last tee time is 2:30. Any group with children 5th grade and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that the library will be open during this event!
Do you love to follow clues and solve puzzles? Unlock-the-Box is an opportunity for children in grades 2-5 (2022-2023 school year) to work as a team to beat the clock and open the box before it’s too late! This program uses BreakoutEDU to provide a fun, educational experience for all involved. Registration is required for this program as space is limited.
