Bibliobop! Online

Bop 'til you drop at this rhythm and movement-based storytime! Join us on Facebook every other Wednesday at 10:30 AM!

Coloring Sheets

Each week, download a new coloring sheet to work on this summer! Snap a picture of your creations and email them to us at ref@flwlib.org and we may add it to our Summer Reading photo album on Facebook!

Community Puzzle

  • Contribute your creativity to a community puzzle project this summer! Sign-up to receive and pick-up your puzzle piece at the reference desk in person or by calling the reference desk at 262-242-2593 ext. 320. Individuals are limited to one puzzle piece per person as supplies are limited.
  • Your piece is specific to you! Use markers (permanent markers like Sharpies work well) or other writing materials (please do not use paint) to decorate your puzzle piece with a design, a favorite quote, drawing, etc.
  • Have your puzzle piece ready to return to the reference desk by Saturday, July 25.
  • View the finished product on display at the library in August!

Folktale Friday

Gather the family for a lively reading of one of Miss Patti's favorite folktales. Folktale Friday will premiere on the library's Facebook page on select Fridays at 10:30 AM this summer.

Thar Be Dragons....in Your Neighborhood! with the Wehr Nature Center on Facebook Live

What’s ferocious as a dragon, but does not breathe fire? What looks and acts like a living airplane? What spends its life in two different worlds? The dragonfly! This acrobatic insect can be found on every continent except Antarctica… even in our Wisconsin neighborhoods. Join us on Facebook on August 13, where children will experience the life of this dazzling creature and learn about the myths associated with dragonflies throughout time.

Zoom Into Storytime

Join Miss Molly on Zoom every other Tuesday for special themed virtual storytimes! Call us at 262-242-2593 ext. 330 or email ref@flwlib.org to register. Once you are registered, you will be emailed the Zoom meeting ID and password. Registration will be limited to 12 participants.
